What exactly is an oral strip?
A thin film about the size of a postage stamp that dissolves on your tongue in seconds. Each strip carries one exact, pre-measured dose — no counting capsules, no measuring powders — and comes individually wrapped inside the tin.
Do I really not need water?
Really. The strip dissolves on its own, which is the whole point — you can take it on a run, in a meeting, on a plane, or anywhere a glass of water isn't handy.
When should I take one?
Match the strip to the moment. Energy before training or a long morning. Focus before deep work. Relax when it's time to switch off. Sleep about half an hour before bed. Every tin lists its own suggested use.
What's in the tin?
